KOLÉ RICE

Rice lightly colored with the juice of the red beans and flavored with garlic and spices. Typical dish of Haiti.

CRUSHED BANANAS

Plantains, sliced and fried. Soft on the inside and crunchy on the top. Served with Pikliz.
